We are hoping to increase female participation in the program to 40% this year from 18% last year. MBA For Africa has been described by many as a turning point that brings hope for Africa’s booming creative ecosystem.
With over 150 individuals registering from different strata and cities across the continent and parts of the world, the programme also witnessed a 10% increase in participation by women in 2020. A growth from 8% from previous programmes to 18%.
Inspired by this, we have set up a fund to increase female participation by up to 40% this year.
